Terms and Conditions

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be submitted via e-mail to Today’s Dietitian at symposium@gvpub.com. Cancellations received by December 31, 2013, will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations received between January 1 and March 1, 2014, will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. After March 1, 2014, requests for refunds will not be honored.

PHOTOGRAPHY WAIVER
Today’s Dietitian, its contractors and attending news media may be photographing, videotaping, audio-taping or webcasting sessions and events at the Symposium. By attending the Symposium, attendees acknowledge these activities and agree to allow their image to be used, without compensation, in Today’s Dietitian educational, news or promotional material, whether in print, electronic or other media, including the Today’s Dietitian website (www.todaysdietitian.com) and the Continuing Education Learning Library website (www.ce.todaysdietitian.com). Attendees of the Symposium waive all claims against Today’s Dietitian for any liability resulting from these uses.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Today’s Dietitian, and its directors, officers, employees, staff, volunteers, and any agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, costs, or obligations including, but not limited to, attorneys’ fees and expenses, which may arise out of my traveling to, participating in, or returning from the Symposium.

RELEASE OF HOTEL RESERVATION INFORMATION
I consent to the Symposium venue’s release of my overnight room reservation information to Today’s Dietitian for the purpose of planning and coordination of the Symposium.

I have read and agree to all terms and conditions relating to registration for the Today’s Dietitian Symposium. If for unforeseen reasons this program is cancelled or changed, Today’s Dietitian and its affiliates cannot be held financially responsible for airline tickets or other associated fees. Room rates cannot be guaranteed. By registering for the Today’s Dietitian Symposium, I agree to receive e-mail correspondence from Today’s Dietitian regarding the Symposium.
