She’ll also cover plant-forward client counseling and explore what types of products and ingredients consumers are eating as part of the flexitarian lifestyle, including:
- which foods they are most likely to incorporate,
- how often they are consuming plant-based meals,
- how they are looking to improve their diets with plant-based choices,
- what nutrients to track to ensure adequate intake across dietary patterns.
