Advertising Sales Executive

We are looking for an advertising sales
executive who has an entrepreneurial spirit and demonstrated
successful print magazine sales history for our Today’s
Diet & Nutrition consumer magazine.
This is not an entry-level position. The
majority of sales are conducted inside via the phone. You
will also represent this national magazine at industry trade
shows and events throughout the year.
REQUIREMENTS
· 3 years consumer based advertising experience or
transferable experience.
· High-energy, entrepreneurial spirit, team player
and motivated self-starter.
· Ability to take on substantial responsibility and
meet/ exceed goals.
· Shows authentic personal interest for team selling
initiatives.
· Confident self-starter not afraid to ask for the
sale.
· Must thrive in a fast paced, deadline-oriented
environment.
· Engaging conversational style, and experience in
consultative and solution-oriented sales
· College BA/BS degree preferred
· Strong computer skills, including MS Office and
experience working with a database.

Sales Account Executive
Seeking an experienced sales professional
to join our team. Are you persistent, personable and persuasive?
We’re looking for someone with drive and passion.

Description
Basic Functions: Primary exhibit sales for our Allied Health
Careers national job fairs, including: sales, placing of
companies in booth locations, selling print ads in the Program
Guides, and disseminating contracts. As part of the Exhibit
Sales Team you are responsible for helping insure all Job
Fair exhibit sales goals are met/exceeded.
Job Responsibilities:
· Selling national exhibit space
and sponsorships by telephone.
· Generate new leads and use existing
databases.
· Working with established clientele
as well as aggressive prospecting for clients.
· Assist in the development and
implementation of booth sales and marketing.
· Responsible for all incoming,
general inquiry telephone calls from prospective exhibitors
as well as confirmed/potential trade show exhibitors.
· Attend industry events and trade
shows, as necessary.
Requirements
Prior trade show management or sales experience is a plus.
Ability to identify and/or follow up on sales leads and
referrals.Must possess top level business management, interpersonal,
and leadership skillsExcellent communication and negotiation
skills. Ability to work independently.Bachelor’s degree.Word,
Excel and Outlook experience required.
